It gives firms a ready-to-use content library of hundreds of professionally written articles, tools to run email and social media campaigns, and an AI writing tool called Content Assist. Firms use BOMA to market consistently to their clients without needing to write content from scratch.

    Does BOMA offer a free trial?

    Yes. Signing up for the free trial gives you full access to BOMA for 14 days. No credit card is required to get started and there are no obligations to continue at the end of your trial.

    BOMA has one plan. Every feature is included at every contact tier. The only variable is the number of contacts in your email database. There is no feature gating, no per-user charge, and no hidden costs. Plans are available on a monthly or annual basis. Annual billing saves 15% on the equivalent monthly rate.

    Every plan includes the full content library (hundreds of articles updated weekly), AI Content Assist, email and social media campaigns, unlimited campaign scheduling, email templates, campaign analytics, lead capture forms, contact management, a free image library, Xero and The Gap native integrations, Zapier integrations, multiple users at no extra charge, free onboarding, and 24/7 support. There is one plan structure: the only variable is your contact volume.

    How much does BOMA cost?

    BOMA pricing is based on the number of contacts in your email database. Plans are available on a monthly or annual basis, with annual billing saving 15%. Pricing is shown in local currency for Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the Eurozone. For all other countries including the USA, pricing is shown in USD.

    How does BOMA pricing work?

    BOMA has a single plan structure. Every feature is included at every contact tier — there is no feature gating. The only variable is the number of contacts in your email database. If your contact list grows beyond your current tier, BOMA will automatically move you to the correct tier. For firms with more than 6,400 contacts, pricing is available on request.

    Is BOMA's AI writing tool included in the price?

    Yes. Content Assist, BOMA's generative AI writing tool, is included in all plans at no additional cost. It can be used to write original content from scratch or to customise and edit articles from the BOMA content library. It also supports creating and editing blog posts for direct publishing to your website.

    Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?

    Yes. You can switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan at any time. Switching to annual saves 15% on the equivalent monthly rate. Go to your Billing page, click Update Plan, and select the annual billing option.

    What is a contact?

    A contact is a person stored in BOMA with an associated email address. Your pricing tier is based on the total number of contacts in your account. If you add or remove contacts that move you above or below your current tier, BOMA will automatically adjust your plan.

    Does BOMA integrate with Xero?

    Yes. BOMA has a native integration with Xero Practice Manager and Xero HQ. The Gap is also a native integration. All other tools, including Karbon, Ignition, FYI, IRIS, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and HubSpot, connect to BOMA via Zapier.

    What if I need help setting up my account?

    BOMA includes free account setup and onboarding on every plan. Whether you are starting from scratch or migrating from another platform, the BOMA team will help you import and segment your contact database and build your email templates.

    What payment methods does BOMA accept?
